This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy (“Policy”) is adopted by 4CERA GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “We”, “Us”) to ensure compliance with applicable Indian laws and to prevent misuse of the platform.

4CERA Global operates as a product-based e-commerce platform, offering:

  • Jewellery and related products (current/future offerings)
  • A structured loyalty rewards program linked to purchases

This Policy applies to all users, customers, and buyers transacting on the platform.


2. Nature of Business

  • The Company operates strictly as an e-commerce platform, where users:
    • Purchase products/services
    • Earn Loyalty Points on eligible transactions
  • Loyalty Points:
    • Are issued only against genuine product purchases or promotional activities
    • Are non-cash, non-transferable, and non-withdrawable
    • Can only be redeemed into Digital Gold via authorized partners
  • The Company:
    • Does NOT offer investment schemes
    • Does NOT provide assured returns, ROI, or financial income
    • Does NOT allow cash withdrawal of rewards

This ensures classification as a product-commerce platform, not a financial or investment entity.


3. Objective of the Policy

  • Prevent money laundering and fraudulent transactions
  • Ensure all platform activities are purchase-driven and legitimate
  • Maintain transparency in rewards and redemption
  • Comply with:
    • Income Tax Act, 1961
    • Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), where applicable
    • RBI and payment gateway compliance guidelines

4. Scope of KYC Verification

  • Redemption of Loyalty Points into Digital Gold
  • High-value transactions (as per internal thresholds)
  • Suspicious or flagged accounts

Without KYC:

  • Users may still purchase products
  • However, reward redemption and certain benefits will be restricted

5. KYC Documents Required

5.2 Address Proof (Any One)

  • Aadhaar Card
  • Passport
  • Voter ID
  • Driving License

5.3 Additional Requirements

  • Photograph
  • Any additional document required by:

6. Loyalty Points & Redemption Policy

  • Loyalty Points are:
    • Issued as promotional rewards linked to purchases
    • Not equivalent to cash or legal tender
  • Redemption Rules:
    • Can only be redeemed into Digital Gold
    • Cannot be:
      • Withdrawn as cash
      • Transferred
      • Exchanged outside the platform
  • Taxation:
    • Applicable taxes (including TDS, if required) apply at redemption stage
    • PAN is mandatory for compliance

7. Transaction Monitoring

  • Monitor transaction patterns
  • Detect abnormal or suspicious behavior
  • Prevent misuse of promotional benefits

Actions may include:

  • Temporary account suspension
  • Blocking transactions
  • Withholding rewards
  • Requesting additional verification

8. Suspicious Activity

  • Multiple accounts using same identity or device
  • Fake or forged documents
  • Abnormal purchase patterns
  • Misuse of promotional or referral benefits
  • Attempts to convert rewards into cash equivalents

9. Data Protection & Privacy

  • User data is securely stored
  • KYC information is used only for:
    • Verification
    • Compliance
    • Fraud prevention

Data may be shared only with:

  • Payment gateways
  • Banking partners
  • Government authorities (if legally required)

10. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information
  • Use the platform for genuine purchases only
  • Not misuse rewards or promotions
  • Cooperate with KYC and verification

Violation may lead to:

  • Account suspension
  • Loss of Loyalty Points
  • Restriction of services
