1. Overview

The Company operates as an e-commerce platform for Digital Gold and related products, and all transactions are considered final and product-linked.
2. Failed or Incomplete Transactions
In case of:
- Payment failure
- Transaction not completed
- Amount debited but order not confirmed

- The amount will be automatically refunded

4. Duplicate Transactions
If a user is charged multiple times for the same order:

5. Loyalty Points & Rewards

- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be refunded

6. Fraudulent or Suspicious Transactions

- Withhold refunds
- Suspend accounts

7. Chargebacks
- Users are advised to contact support before initiating a chargeback
