1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made on the 4CERA Global platform.

The Company operates as an e-commerce platform for Digital Gold and related products, and all transactions are considered final and product-linked.


2. Failed or Incomplete Transactions

In case of:

  • Payment failure
  • Transaction not completed
  • Amount debited but order not confirmed

Then:

  • The amount will be automatically refunded
  • Refund timeline:
    • 5–7 working days (depending on bank/payment gateway)

4. Duplicate Transactions

If a user is charged multiple times for the same order:

  • Excess amount will be refunded after verification
  • Timeline: 5–10 working days

5. Loyalty Points & Rewards

  • Loyalty Points:
    • Cannot be cancelled once issued
    • Cannot be exchanged for cash
    • Cannot be refunded
  • Redemption into Digital Gold:
    • Once processed, cannot be reversed or cancelled

6. Fraudulent or Suspicious Transactions

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Cancel transactions
  • Withhold refunds
  • Suspend accounts

If:

  • Fraud is suspected
  • KYC verification fails
  • Policy violations are detected

7. Chargebacks

  • Users are advised to contact support before initiating a chargeback
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to:
    • Account suspension
    • Permanent restriction
